Private Cottage

Midweek (Sun -Thursday) - $145.00 per night w double occupancy, plus tax

Weekends &Holidays- $185.00 per night/double occupancy.

A full breakfast is delivered to your room at a pre-determined time.

Multi night discounts available $350.00 per weekend, plus tax
Weekly - $945.00/week, plus tax ($135.00 per day, plus tax)

Private Suite
We also have a fabulous studio-style suite, with privacy wall to the bedroom, in our 1800 renovated carriage house. Decorated with antiques and the same eclectic charm as our private cottage. The suite features a Queen size bed, TV, VCR and DVD player, stereo with CD player, small kitchenette and a large bathroom with two shower head tiled shower. Relax and enjoy.

Our Suite

Our Cabbage is our most elaborate room w a King size bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower, 18 ft high ceilings, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and a lovely private patio area as well as a private deck.

Midweek (Sun- Thurs) $225.00,per night, plus tax

Weekend & Holidays, 245.00 per night,

Weekend package rates 475.00 plus tax.

All reservations must have a deposit - The first night stay must be prepaid to confirm any reservation.

Refunds: You must contact us within a two week period of cancellations for any reservations made a month in advance to receive a full refund. A $30.00 fee will be kept if changes or cancellations are made in the 2nd week. The guest is responsible for one full day payment if canceled the week prior to the visit date.

Office hours: Please check out directly with us so we can assure your accommodations have been a pleasant experience.

Check out: 2PM -We like to allow you to sleep in and allow us time to set up for our next guests.

Nightly rates are for entire cottage based on single or double occupancy. Third party $20.00 per night. Tax and gratitudes not included. Deposit of one night or 50% of stay required. Holiday evenings there is a $25.00 extra charge, ie New Years eve etc.

Included are coffee and teas, and some snacks are available for your pleasure at all times.

Breakfast accommodations for all our rooms are as follows:

Weekdays, A continental breakfast of fruit, cakes or muffins are set up the eve before.

Weekends, a full breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning at a pre- determined time. We also have available a licensed massage therapist and manicurist that will come to the cottage by appointment for a full pampering opportunity.
